Job summary

Hard Truth Distilling Co. is seeking a part-time server at our Nashville, IN restaurant to deliver a fast-paced guest experience with hospitality and accuracy. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure timely service while collaborating with kitchen and bar teams.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a friendly, upbeat attitude. Prior serving or POS experience is preferred, and you must be 19+ with the ability to obtain an Indiana liquor license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality
• Present menus and answer questions about food & beverage offerings
• Take accurate orders, including special requests
• Deliver food and drinks quickly and correctly
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area
• Process payments and handle POS transactions
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams
• Upsell menu items and promotions
• Assist with opening and closing duties
