Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests and seat them in a warm, efficient way at Islamorada Fish Company. You will manage wait lists, assist with seating, and handle reservations with a guest-first approach.

We value strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm under pressure during busy periods. Part-time position with benefits is available at our restaurant location.

Qualifications

• Experience in and passion for consumer service.
• Willingness to learn new skills and be a team player.
• Flexibility and mindfulness about the team approach.
• Follow SOPs as explained to staff.
• Ability to memorize and become knowledgeable of menu items.
• Ability to work well with a team, prioritize, with urgency for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Manage wait lists and communicate wait times.
• Escort guests to servers and provide menus and seating.
• Answer menu questions and restaurant details.
• Answer phones and book reservations as requested.
• Perform opening/closing side work and table setup.
