Job summary

Indian Wells Golf Resort in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a Part-Time Greeter to welcome guests, manage wait times, and assist with seating in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The role requires upbeat communication, multitasking ability, and basic computer skills; prior hospitality experience is preferred and ServSafe/TIPS certification is a plus. This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow within Troon’s hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Basic literacy and ability to use the POS and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly, escort to dining area, present menus.
• Inform Guests of wait times and promotions; monitor waitlist and reservations.
• Maintain guest lists, take reservations by phone, and note special requests.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of service areas and stations.
• Assist service staff and communicate guest needs to the team.
