Job summary

Wickenburg Ranch Golf and Social Club in Wickenburg, AZ is seeking a part-time Greeter to welcome guests, manage seating, and support front-of-house operations. The role emphasizes a friendly demeanor, strong guest interaction, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. This position includes benefits eligibility; successful candidates should be guest-focused and able to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and friendly greeting, and escort them to their table.
• Manage seating flow by rotating guests and maintaining guest lists while following check procedures.
• Assign opening/closing side duties and supervise side work to ensure setups before staff departure.
• Maintain the reservation book, answer calls, and note guest reservations and requests.
• Remain knowledgeable of menu items, prices, and general service procedures.
• Ensure appearance and cleanliness standards in all service areas.
• Be visible on the dining room floor and accessible to guests, staff, and management.
• Check tables daily before service to ensure proper settings.
• Assist with side work and bussing tables, and take cocktail orders as needed.
• Communicate guest requests/concerns to the Department Manager.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
