Job summary

Wickenburg Ranch in Wickenburg, AZ, part of Troon, is seeking a Front Desk Agent who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. You will assist guests with check-in and check-out and serve as an information source for guests.

Responsibilities include posting charges to guest bills, handling cash and receipts, answering phones, promoting activities and events, and providing accurate information about the resort and surrounding area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and speak English to assist guests and co-workers.
• Knowledge of lodging system application.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Post charges to guest bills and handle cash and receipts.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate locations.
• Provide information about the resort and surrounding area.
• Promote activities and events at the facilities.
• Maintain accurate guest records and paperwork.
