Responsibilities

• Greet all guests as they enter the restaurant in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow seating and table rotation guidelines to monitor flow of each area and ensure prompt and efficient service.
• Possess thorough knowledge of restaurant and bar menu promotions and specials.
• Proficiency with cash handling and credit card transactions.
• Promote teamwork by assisting Servers in dining area when needed.
• Ensure host station and entrance area is well maintained, clean, organized, and presentable.
