Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a service industry such as hotel, restaurant, hospitality or events preferred.
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and AV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support for meetings on all office floors.
• Verify room requirements prior to meetings and ensure client expectations are met.
• Maintain space appearance, assist guests, and connect them with the right resources.
