Aufgaben

• Warmly greet customers upon entry, creating an inviting and approachable atmosphere.
• Share Frank & Eileen’s story, from our Irish heritage to welcoming customers to our flagship NYC store, helping connect emotionally with the brand.
• Assess customer needs quickly and direct them to the appropriate stylist or sales associate for personalized service.
• Support an organized and smooth experience during high-traffic periods by maintaining awareness of store flow and wait times.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure every customer receives attentive service, including offering services and following up with clients as needed.
• Maintain an upbeat, professional presence that reflects Frank & Eileen’s values of kindness, craftsmanship, and community.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, tidying of entry areas, restocking, and supporting the team as needed.
