Frank & Eileen is seeking a General Manager for its Madison Avenue flagship in New York City. You will translate the brand vision into the in-store experience, grow a loyal client base, and build a high-performing team with the customer at its core.

You will drive traffic and sales, run an omnichannel operation, and develop a scalable playbook for future store expansions while leading partnerships with marketing, events, and local community initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10+ years of retail management experience in premium, luxury, or specialty apparel.
• Proven ability to build and grow a personal client book and coach teams to do the same.
• Strong relationships in the New York market with track record of driving store traffic.

• Drive store KPIs: traffic, conversion, AOV, UPT, and clienteling-attributed sales.
• Partner with buying, planning, and ecommerce on forecasts, assortment, and inventory plans.
• Lead omnichannel initiatives including ship-from-store and in-store operations.
• Develop and execute a scalable Madison retail playbook for future store openings.
• Hire, coach, and retain high-performing sales and operations talent.
