Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a comfortable environment.
• Engage customers with authentic conversation about art, music, fashion and neighborhood.
• Guide customers using product knowledge and styling advice to a fit or purchase.
• Maintain space presentation, music, lighting, and overall atmosphere.
• Manage inventory and back-of-house organization.
• Capture customer information and build relationships for repeat visits.
• Support events and After Hours programming.
• Provide qualitative feedback to the Store Manager.
