Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is hiring part-time front desk hosts at our New York venue. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and support the front desk operations with a courteous, professional attitude.

Experience in hospitality and hosting at high-volume clubs or restaurants is preferred. The role demands strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to push and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests as directed by the maître d’.
• Handle reservations and guest check-ins at the front desk.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area.
• Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and supervisors.
• Participate in pre-service meetings and training sessions.
• Provide professional and hospitable service in a fast-paced environment.
