Job summary

Opry Entertainment seeks an energetic Host to welcome guests at our Nashville venues. You will handle seating, guide guests to tables, and assist with waitlists while promoting a welcoming atmosphere and knowledge of upcoming events.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask during peak periods and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities for guest interactions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with composure during busy periods.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist with directions and seating.
• Manage guest flow and estimate wait times; escort guests to seats or areas.
• Provide information about upcoming events and venue services to guests.
