Job summary

Windmills Craftworks in The Colony, TX, seeks a friendly host/Box Office Associate to manage concert and dinner reservations, greet guests, and coordinate seating and box office operations. You will be the first point of contact for reservations, ticket purchases and guest inquiries, ensuring a seamless guest experience from inquiry to arrival.

The role requires organization, strong communication, and comfort using Turntable to navigate reservations, seating, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a full-service restaurant, live music venue or hospitality.
• Previous box office experience is a major plus.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations & concerts settings, including guest services and customer service skills.
• Strong phone etiquette for handling reservations, ticket purchases and guest inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in purchasing concert tickets.
• Answer questions about the live music and concert seating.
• Greet guests promptly and courteously as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Communicate efficiently via email through out guest relations email address.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials or promotions.
• Maintain an organized waiting list during peak hours and communicate wait times effectively.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, enhancing overall guest relations.
• Facilitate To-Go orders.
