American Social - Miami (Brickell) seeks a friendly Host/Hostess to greet guests, manage seating, and ensure smooth dining room flow. You will coordinate with servers and managers to optimize guest experiences and maintain organization.

Requirements include 18+ years, fluency in English, ability to work late shifts, and a willingness to help across FOH/BOH. Weekend availability is expected.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work late-night shifts, potentially 12 AM–3 AM.
• Works assigned scheduled shifts.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification is a plus.
• Food handling certificate is a plus.
• Fluent in English, reading, writing and speaking.
• Detail-oriented with speed and accuracy.
• Able to lift items up to 30 pounds.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Seat guests, manage waiting lists, and notify when seating is available.
• Utilize seating system (OpenTable) to ensure proper guest flow.
• Communicate with servers and managers about table availability and special requests.
• Maintain stocked host areas with menus and supplies.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of lobby/restrooms.
• Support FOH and BOH priorities and work as a team.
• Answer phones, provide directions, hours, and take-out orders.
