Job summary

Experience in customer service is preferred. Proficiency with POS systems, reservation tools, and Microsoft Office is expected. The role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to support events and peak times.

Qualifications

• Experience as a restaurant host or related customer service role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer skills including POS/restaurant reservation systems and Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests promptly and seats them, managing waitlists and maximizing seating.
• Handles large crowds professionally and resolves issues diplomatically.
• Creates pleasant ambience through lighting, music, and table placement in dining areas.
• Communicates setup details and special requests to the restaurant team.
• Shares information on store and restaurant events with guests.
• Uses Zomato and InfoGenesis, plus Microsoft Office to perform duties.
• Initiates training with restaurant staff.
• Assists staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
