Job summary

Whiskey Cake Las Colinas in Irving, TX is seeking a friendly, guest-focused team member to excel in front-of-house service. You’ll welcome guests, manage reservations, and help ensure a warm, efficient dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a professional, hospitable, and friendly manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work; proper uniform required.
• Properly accept and book reservations; offer alternatives when needed.
• Calculate, note, and quote accurate wait times; guide guests to the bar during waits.
• Keep floors, entry, and dining areas clean and debris-free.
• Assist in bussing tables when needed and help guests seating.
