Job summary

Huse Culinary Inc. is seeking a Server Assistant to support front-of-house operations at Harry & Izzy's Paradise Valley in Phoenix, AZ. You will help servers by keeping tables properly set, delivering food promptly, and assisting with beverage service to enhance the dining experience.

The role emphasizes maintaining a clean dining environment, anticipating guest needs, and contributing to smooth service in a fast-paced setting. Previous high-volume restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior high-volume restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Servers by ensuring tables are properly set, maintained, and reset throughout service.
• Deliver food to guests promptly and accurately while maintaining presentation standards and communicating dish descriptions when appropriate.
• Assist with beverage service, water refills, bread service, and other guest needs to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and guest-facing areas.
• Anticipate guest and team needs, responding quickly to requests and helping ensure smooth service execution.
