Job summary

Tupelo Honey in Pittsburgh is hiring for a Front of House role with pay $15-19 per hour depending on experience. Join a hospitality team that values southern hospitality and community.

You will greet guests, seat them, manage reservations, and ensure service standards. Must have 1 year FOH experience, strong teamwork, math skills for POS, clear communication, and ability to handle busy hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in FOH service environment.
• Positive, proactive, constructive teamwork attitude.
• Good math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Clear and effective communication with managers, employees, guests and purveyors.
• Ability to move and process information quickly.
• Working knowledge of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Ensures service standards and proper execution.
• Greet guests and show them to their seats.
• Manage the reservations process.
• Communicate to guests in the spirit of southern hospitality.
