Requirements include at least 2 years in FOH service, a positive teamwork mindset, ability to use a POS system, strong communication, and fluent English. Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front-of-house service experience.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Effective communication with team, managers, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensures service standards and proper execution.
• Displays expert level knowledge of our menus and can guide guests through the Tupelo experience.
