Ruby Tuesday in NICEVILLE, FL is seeking a Server Assistant to warmly welcome guests and help seat them using our Table Management System (TMS). You will support the service team by delivering items, bussing, refills, and keeping the lobby and server station clean and organized.

• Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service.
• Ability to comply with proper food handling and serving techniques and regulations.
• Ability to process cash handling, credit card and room charge transactions.
• Attention to details with good organizational and efficient time management skills.
• Consistent professional attitude and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to proper procedures for utilizing the TMS system to control the flow of guest seating.
• Maintain a welcoming and friendly attitude, while contributing to a teamwork-based work environment.
• Greet guests and assign tables using TMS; inform guests of wait times and manage expectations.
• Inform guests of current features and promotions, answer questions and offer menu suggestions.
• Assist team by delivering food and beverages, pre-bussing and providing refills.
• Set up and maintain the server assistant stand and front lobby area for a clean, orderly space.
• Answer the phone and assist guests with questions in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Deliver correct drinks and food to guests when needed, practice safe food handling.
