Job summary

Ruby Tuesday is seeking a Server Assistant for our Lenoir, NC location to provide a warm welcome and assist the service team for excellent guest experiences. The role includes using the Table Management System (TMS) to manage seating and support team members with food and drink delivery.

The ideal candidate will be at least 16 years old, with no prior experience required, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service.
• Ability to operate a computer, calculator, phone, and other office equipment.
• Consistent professional attitude with effective listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating using the TMS system.
• Assist with food and beverage delivery and pre-bussing.
• Maintain cleanliness in the server assistant stand and lobby area.
• Manage takeout orders and ensure accuracy.
