Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group is seeking a Host for Stone Creek in Plainfield, IN. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests, managing waitlists and reservations, and assisting guests with menus and seating.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a busy dining room. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is a plus, with ongoing training and growth opportunities within CRG.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with reservation systems or software is a plus.
• Previous host/hostess experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the seating process to ensure smooth dining flow.
• Manage waitlists and reservations with accurate wait time estimates.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus/help as needed.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating and guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and waiting area.
• Communicate guest requests and special needs to the team promptly.
