Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group is seeking a Host for the Marquee location in Fort Wayne, IN. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests, managing waitlists and reservations, and assisting guests with menus and promotions.

Role emphasizes teamwork with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth seating, accurate wait times, and excellent guest experiences. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required; training provided.

Qualifications

Familiarity with reservation systems or software is a plus.
Previous host/hostess experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and seat them efficiently, following seating charts and server rotation.
Manage waitlist and reservations; estimate wait times and communicate with guests.
Assist guests with menus, daily specials, and promotions; provide coat check if needed.
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth seating flow and service.
Maintain clean, organized host stand and waiting area; keep promotional materials stocked.
