Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
• Assign guests to tables suitable for their needs and rotation.
• Provide guests with menus and answer questions about the menu.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries or transfer calls.
• Input takeout orders accurately into POS system.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address complaints.
• Coordinate with kitchen, management, serving staff and guests.
• Receive and record guest dining reservations.
• Inspect dining and serving areas for cleanliness and setup.
• Inform guests of specials and features.
• Inspect restrooms for cleanliness and supplies.
• Assist other staff by serving or bussing tables.
• Direct guests to bar area while waiting for a table.
• Maintain strong MVP Program knowledge.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
