Job summary

Collared Martin Hospitality, operating the Faraway brand in Teton Village, WY, seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and guide inquiries to ensure a seamless stay.

You will provide local recommendations, assist with reservations, and coordinate with hotel teams to deliver a cohesive guest experience. Strong English and teamwork are essential, with flexible scheduling and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, able to multitask and stay organized.
• Clear spoken and written English; strong guest communication.
• Experience in guest or customer service preferred; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guest check-in/check-out and issue room keys.
• Provide information and booking services for guest inquiries (directions, hours, services, transport, tickets, reservations).
• Facilitate reservations and room changes.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance/Engineering, and F&B.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and warmly.
• Inspect rooms for arrivals and prepare VIP amenities.
• Perform other duties to support hospitality operations.
