Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Host to greet guests, guide them through game rentals and dining, and coordinate merchandise and phone interactions. You’ll maintain a welcoming front desk, stock supplies, and ensure smooth guest flow in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, cash handling, and guest service with flexible scheduling for students or other roles, plus opportunities to enjoy company benefits and free games.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests upon entry and guide them through games, dining and merchandise.
• Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone communications.
• Maintain front desk area, stock menus, silverware, Power cards, gift cards and supplies.
• Process transactions accurately and reconcile monies from banks.
• Ensure guests have a positive experience and invite them to return.
