Job summary

Dutch Wonderland Inn is seeking a part-time Houseperson to maintain exceptionally clean guestrooms and support guest services. You will respond to guest requests, replenish amenities, and keep rooms and public areas pristine according to hotel standards.

Responsibilities include bed making, linen replacement, restroom and shower sanitization, and reporting maintenance issues. A flexible schedule is required, with potential evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to comply with PA Child Labor Laws
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation to shift and adherence to uniform policies
• Excellent customer service skills with positive and professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service with courtesy and a smile
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items as needed
• Restock linens and replace with clean supplies
• Make beds according to brand standards
• Clean and disinfect guestrooms and public areas
• Handle, label, and store cleaning chemicals safely
• Protect guest belongings and manage lost and found items
• Report damages or safety hazards to maintenance leadership
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Complete all other duties assigned by leadership
