Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide a positive welcome at the front desk and host station.
• Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone duties.
• Process transactions accurately at the front desk and maintain cash banks.
• Keep front desk areas stocked, clean, and organized; report issues to management.
• Assist team members and manage wait times to ensure guest satisfaction.
