Dave & Buster's in Friendswood, TX is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Host to warmly welcome Guests, guide them through game rentals, merchandise, and dining experiences, and ensure a positive first impression.

You will handle guest transactions, maintain front desk area, stock supplies, assist team members, and help manage wait times with enthusiasm. Must be 16+ and able to read/communicate in English; experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles is helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience with front desk, retail, or cashier roles is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through game rentals, merchandise, and dining.
• Process transactions and reconcile cash balances.
• Stock menus, silverware, and gift cards; maintain front desk area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk and Host station.
• Manage wait times and communicate with Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
