Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Fast-paced environment experience is a plus.
• California-based position requires Responsible Beverage Service Certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a welcoming manner and coordinate handoff to service staff.
• Assist servers and bussing tables to maintain a clean, efficient dining area.
• Upsell menu items and provide hospitality that WOWs guests.
• Lead the lobby experience and ensure a smooth flow of seating and service.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
