Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group is seeking friendly, capable team members to staff the Outback dining rooms. You will greet guests, seat them, and coordinate the flow of dining room service while supporting servers and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

This hourly, non-exempt role offers growth opportunities through training and a strong team culture, with meal discounts and an Employee Assistance Program. California wage rules apply, with potential advancement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Makes memorable first and last impressions with a smile.
• Greets incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner and seats guests.
• Coordinates wait and seats Guests with a sense of urgency.
• Assists servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining a clean dining environment.
