Out West Restaurant Group is hiring for Outback Steakhouse team members in California. The role is hourly and non-exempt, paying $16.90 per hour with tips and ACA-compliant health benefits. Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be 18+ to sell alcohol in California.
• CA beverage service certification can be completed during training (60 days).

Responsibilities

• Makes memorable first and last impressions with a smile.
• Uses menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations.
• Answers the phone promptly and professionally.
• Supports all areas of the restaurant to WOW guests; teamwork is essential.
• Processes orders accurately and handles payments in a friendly, timely manner.
• Maintains food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
