Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group, the largest franchisee of Outback Steakhouse in the United States, is hiring. This role pays $16.90 per hour plus tips and is non-exempt.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.
• California based positions require Responsible Beverage Service Certifications (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date).
• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs; able to work in hot and cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Makes memorable first and last impressions with a smile.
• Uses menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations.
• Answers the phone promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as needed to WOW guests.
• Accurately processes orders and payments with a friendly, timely approach.
• Complies with food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
