Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant in California. You will welcome guests, answer questions, and help manage the front desk with a friendly, fast-paced approach.

Responsibilities include handling the waitlist, ringing sales, and assisting guests with basic bowling instruction while coordinating with staff for league preparation and equipment needs. Flexible weekend/evening shifts available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
