Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Appleton, WI is seeking a friendly Greeter/Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage waitlists, and assist with basic bowling instructions. This role requires strong phone etiquette and a positive, energetic demeanor.

You will ring sales, operate the POS and central panel, and coordinate with mechanics on equipment issues. Part-time evenings and weekends; 18+ age required; benefits include free bowling, discounts, and a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; restaurant/hospitality experience optional.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
