Job summary

ASH Hotels is seeking a friendly Host for Hotel Ulysses in Baltimore to greet guests and coordinate reservations, ensuring a warm and efficient dining experience. You will be the first impression, coordinating with staff and maintaining a pristine host stand.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality or food service, a high school diploma, weekend availability, and a positive demeanor. Compensation is $16 per hour plus tips, with discounts on F&B and hotel rooms and growth

• Exceptional attention to visual detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest warmly and respond to guests' requests in a timely, friendly manner.
• Make guests feel appreciated through your actions.
• Work with staff to maintain an efficient food and beverage service.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and wait lists using the Resy platform.
• Escort guests to tables, present menus, and inform them of the server.
