Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcomes each guest personally with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality.
• Takes and inputs orders accurately, noting any modifications or dietary restrictions.
• Mixes, garnishes, and serves cocktails and other drinks per standard recipes.
• Maintains knowledge of full menus and ingredients to assist guests.
• Counts drinks and manages open bar tabs while ensuring responsible service.
