Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Host to greet Guests, guide them through dining, game rentals and merchandise, and ensure a positive first impression. You will manage wait times, handle transactions, and maintain a clean front desk area while coordinating with team members for a smooth guest experience.

Prior restaurant, retail, or cashier experience is a plus, but not required. Must read and communicate in English and be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through dining, game rentals, and merchandise.
• Handle transactions and process to-go orders with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, stocked Front Desk and Host station; restock menus and supplies.
• Assist team members and communicate issues to management as needed.
• Manage wait times and seating flow to ensure guest satisfaction.
