Job summary

Dave & Buster's is looking for a friendly front desk/host to welcome Guests and guide them through game rentals, merchandise, and dining experiences. You will ensure a positive first impression and smooth flow of guests entering the venue.

The role requires a strong communicator, the ability to handle phone calls and transactions, and attention to stocking and cleanliness of the Front Desk area. Experience in restaurant/retail/cashier roles is helpful; must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and manage the front desk/host area to ensure a positive initial impression.
• Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone inquiries.
• Process transactions and assist with “To Go” orders as needed.
• Maintain stocked menus, silverware, Power cards, gift cards, and clean, organized front desk area.
• Assist other Team Members and communicate any guest issues to management.
