Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner and escort them to tables.
• Seat guests and manage dining flow.
• Take and deliver menus and kid packs when seating guests.
• Handle cash/credit transactions and balance drawers.
• Assist in marketing and promoting new offerings.
• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables; maintain lobby, bakery and retail areas.
• Maintain safe food and beverage handling practices and report issues.
