Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Must have ability to accurately handle money and process transactions.
• Strong computer skills including POS system.
• 0-2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner and escort guests to tables.
• Monitors guests’ needs and seats guests accordingly.
• Delivers menus and kid packs when seating guests.
• Performs restroom checks and keeps lobby, bakery and retail areas clean.
• Practices safe food and beverage handling.
• Handles cash and credit transactions and accounts for all payments.
• Assist in marketing, promotions and conveying new offers to guests.
• Clears, sanitizes, and sets tables as needed.
• Maintain dependability and exceptional teamwork to perform duties.
