Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills and experience.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills.
• Must have ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge.
• Computer skills (POS system).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner and escort guests to tables.
• Monitor guests’ needs and the flow of the restaurant and seat guests accordingly.
• Deliver menus and kid packs when seating guests.
• Perform restroom checks, answer phones, and keep lobby, bakery and retail areas clean.
• Practice safe food and beverage handling.
• Communicate with guests, handle crowds, and ease guests while they wait.
• Handle cash and credit transactions; account for all receivables.
• Assist in marketing, promotions and selling promotions to guests.
• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables as needed.
