Qualifications

• 0–2 years related experience in a restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant concepts and procedures.
• Reliance on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet guest in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner and escort guests to tables.
• Monitors guests’ needs and the flow of the restaurant and seats guests accordingly.
• Delivers menus, kid packs, and assists with seating as needed.
• Performs restroom checks, answers phone, and keeps lobby, bakery and retail areas clean.
• Practice safe food and beverage handling and know when to involve a manager.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and balance receipts.
• Assist in marketing and promotions, and communicate new offers to guests.
• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables as needed.
