• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge.
• 0-2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner and escort guests to tables.
• Monitors guests’ needs and the flow of the restaurant and seats guests accordingly.
• Delivers menus and kid packs when seating guests; handles table settings and cleanliness.
• Performs restroom checks, answers phone, and keeps lobby, bakery and retail areas clean.
• Practices safe food and beverage handling and helps manage guest flow.
• Assists in promoting promotions and marketing information to guests.
• Handles cash/credit transactions and accounts for all receivables.
