Qualifications

• Work may include days, nights and weekends.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Restaurant, retail or cashier experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and manage front desk flow.
• Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones.
• Assist Guests with seating and wait times.
• Process transactions accurately at the front desk.
• Keep front desk stocked and clean.
• Maintain positive guest relations and escalate issues to Manager.
• Assist other Team Members as needed.
• Balance banks and perform basic cash handling.
