Dave & Buster's Inc. in College Station, TX is seeking a front desk/host to greet Guests and guide them through games, dining, and merchandise. You’ll be the first impression, deliver smiles, and coordinate with team members in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Flexible schedules help students and others balance school or other jobs. No two days are the same, and coworkers are supportive in a role that values friendly communication, reliability, and a readiness to assist Guests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Acts as ambassador to the building, greeting Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones.
• Smiles and greets Guests upon entering.
• Prepares for the shift by ensuring area is stocked with supplies: menus, silverware, Power cards, gift cards etc.
• Reviews the cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk and Host station.
• Checks for restocking of necessary supplies.
• Drives table turn timing by scouting open tables, bussing and cleaning tables as necessary.
