Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is hiring a front desk host to create a welcoming first impression for Guests, guiding them through game rentals, merchandise, and dining experiences. You will work with a friendly team in a fast-paced environment, delivering great service and upbeat energy.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, handling payments, stocking the front desk, and maintaining cleanliness. Prior cashier or hospitality experience is helpful, and customers are treated with a smile and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a welcoming attitude and guide them through game rentals, merchandise sales, and dining experiences.
• Handle transactions, process payments, and reconcile monies as needed.
• Keep the front desk area stocked, clean, and organized; ensure menus and supplies are ready.
• Support other Team Members and communicate guest feedback to management to improve service.
