About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing host or hostess to join our team at Full Throttle Distillery and Smokehouse in Branson, MO. As a host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables
• Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
• Answer phone calls and take to-go orders
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a friendly demeanor
