• Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a pleasant and inviting manner.
• Provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests with questions or issues.
• Execute cleaning tasks as outlined in training and SOPs.
• Sweep interior floors and outdoor walkways.
• Return food trays and maintain clean condiment/food line areas.
• Report maintenance problems to proper authorities.
• Protect guests' belongings and deliver lost and found items promptly.
