Ontario Trillium Foundation in Springfield, IL seeks a friendly Host/Greeter to welcome guests, seat them, and help maintain the flow of a busy restaurant. This role opens doors for guests, accommodates special needs, and keeps the front-of-house running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will manage the wait list, assist servers as needed, and maintain a clean, organized station while performing assigned tasks such as filling the feature board and inflating balloons.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat them and help maintain smooth guest flow.
• Open doors for guests arriving or departing.
• Accommodate special needs: boosters, highchairs, disabilities.
• Manage the wait list when the restaurant is full and assist servers.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and perform assigned cleaning.
• Fill feature board and inflate balloons.
